It is a cheerful, light and airy mobile home, perfect for a Non-Smoking person or couple, one of whom must be at least 55, but the other can be over 45. Along with the Two Lazy Boy Chairs, there is a Hide Abed Sofa on which Guests may stay, but no guest can stay longer than 30 days. Pets are permitted within reason, but must be no larger than 20lbs. There is a dog walking area just outside the main park entrance, but all animals must be cleaned up after. For convenience there is Remote Control A/C in the Main Living Area and Bedroom, in addition to the Evaporative Cooling System. The property also has Two Storage Sheds. The Park has a beautiful Swimming Pool and Jacuzzi, Shuffle Board Court plus many other activities, including playing pool, cards,etc. and facilities, such as Laundry Room, Library, etc. There is a weekly Dance night and Bingo is also played weekly in the Parks Clubhouse. The Monthly Rent, of $700 plus Utilities, is for a year round resident. For Winter Visitors, between October and April, the Monthly Rent would be $1200 including utilities. There would be a Discount for those staying 5 / 6 months. There is a $500 refundable, less $50 for cleaning, pet / security / key deposit, payable in advance, due whether full time or winter visitors. The Park does need to approve any prospective renters, therefore a renter is required to complete an Application for Residency and have it submitted to the Park Management. A renter must satisfy the Parks standard criteria for tenancy before being accepted as tenants. The Park charges $25 for this.
