This home is the perfect family home. It has a great floor plan. It has two large family rooms one with a built in entertainment center. Also has two fireplaces one is a wood burning stove which I have loved having, it heats the house all winter long. It sits on just over a half acre, which half of it is fenced and ready for horses if interested. In a quiet little neighborhood where you can let your children outside to ride bikes, play and have fun without the worry of cars speeding up and down the roads. I have loved living here. The best part is it's far away from all the havoc and chaos of the city but yet only a 30-40 minutes away from Provo.

The neighborhood is fantastic its just a small dead end street where everyone watches out for each other and helps each other out! I can't think of a better place to live. It makes me sad to have to leave. The schools are close by the elementary within walking distance and it is a fabulous school with a great staff!
The Junior High and High School are in the next town over so the kids are bused there its about ten miles away. You can be on I-15 in less the 5 minutes and to the nearest Walmart in 15 minutes since we have to traffic to contend with down here ha ha.
