Lovely 1 Bedroom Condo - 1 Block to Ocean

Great 1 BR, 1 BA Condo with approx. 586 sq. ft., in small two story, 35 unit condominium complex with pool. We live in a three bedroom unit part of the year. Also, have 2 family members and several friends who live here part of the year. Not a place for party people or people looking for resort atmosphere. This is home away from home with resort like beach 1 block away. Will accept $900 and we provide cable, phone, and utilities. Can negotiate shorter stay, but we can only have one renter in unit per every 6 months. Therefore if you stay 4 mos. we must leave it vacant for 2 mos. Condominium is primarily owner occupied or used, approx. 70% of time by owners. Friendly home away from home during winter months. That is how we use it and that is the best use and description of the unit. The furniture and appliances are clean and in good working condition. Will add new flat screen TV and couch prior to renter occupancy. Recently purchased condo from in-laws and this will be first rental excluding family and friends. Presently 2 twin beds in bedroom. Bath has tub and shower. The washer and dryer is in attached laundry room not the unit.
