Hello, I think I have exactly what you are looking for. My 4 BR, 2 BA Townhouse would be perfect for you! I am looking for someone to sublet my room. My townhouse is 3 levels with the room should you sublet from me being on the top level. It has a walk in closet, comes with internet, washer and dryer, dishwasher, cable, water and trash pick-up included in the amenities. The only thing you have to pay for is gas and electricity, and that is split between the 4 of you living in the townhouse. It comes with washer and dryer also, 2.5 bathrooms. Unfortunately, with having a townhouse you don't have a personal bathroom, but the one whom you would share the bathroom with, maintains the bathroom very well. My roommates are very energetic and fun to be around, but are also, school oriented. They do not mind guests being over all night (male or female) and love to talk, however just as anyone would, they want everyone to be mindful that they have class in the morning, or next day. Thursday - Sunday are free for all nights where they either go out to clubs or to the bar or parties.
