	Property Description The House consists of 2500 sq. ft., and has 4 Bedrooms and 3 ½ Bathrooms. It has an ocean view from every room except one bedroom which faces the side yard. There is a one car garage and an attached carport. It also has a hot tub which is adjacent to the house and facing the ocean. There is a large family room with a wet bar, 1 ½ bathrooms and two bedrooms upstairs. Downstairs is a large living room/dining room combination, a kitchen and laundry room, 2 Bedrooms and 2 Bathrooms. The house sits on a bluff overlooking the ocean and you can see and hear the ocean from the house. There are also nice trees in the front and back yards which serve as a backdrop to the ocean view. The house is set back from the road so it is very quiet inside. There is only one neighbor adjacent but you cannot see that neighbor’s house from inside the house. The house is very private. Pets would be allowed upon approval with an extra pet deposit. Smoking is strictly forbidden on the premises. We will collect a screening fee for those people who are seriously interested. We will be doing a credit check and a criminal background check on each tenant. We are looking for honest tenants with a good rental history, no criminal background, and a stable source of income. 	Location Description The house is located in Moclips, a beach community of approximately 670 people. It is about 40 minutes from Aberdeen, 2 hours from Olympia, and 3 hours from Seattle. It is on a bus line that goes into Aberdeen regularly and also to Olympia. Elementary and high schools are located nearby. The location would be very suitable for someone working at home or a retired person who wants to be close to the beach. It would also work for someone working in Aberdeen or Ocean Shores since there is regular bus service and driving distance is not that far.
