The 1 BR, 1 BA Apartment is up for rent starting in the end of May. CAL student is graduating in May and the lease ends in August. I would like to sublet my apartment until my lease ends in August. You can definitely continue the lease if you’d like after August. It is a large one bedroom apartment with a spacious living room, bathroom, and kitchen. You can easily split the large bedroom up with 2 people or you can turn the living room in a whole separate bedroom. The apartment also comes with one parking spot in a lot located in back of the apartment.

It is located in a safe neighborhood and close to fast food restaurants such as Jack in the Box, KFC, and Taco bell. In addition, it is located on Telegraph and 66th right next to the 1/1R stop. The bus ride goes directly to campus (UC Berkeley) usually taking less than 10 minutes. It takes me about a 5 minute bike ride to campus and a 20 to 25 minute walk.
The apartment is also located on top of the White Horse Inn Bar which is a great place to grab a drink. It’s a great place to live for a CAL student and for anyone who is looking for an apt in Berkeley or near Temescual/Oakland.
