Well the total you would be paying Initially to move right in and monthly is $725.00... ALL UTILITIES ARE INCLUDED. There is NO deposit. I'm looking for someone to be able to move in ASAP, the lease ends April 1st 2010. It's a small apartment, 1 bedroom, nice big bathroom, small kitchen, and a nice big living room. Like I said, total you would pay, $725.00 All Utilities included (gas,electricity, water, heat) As far as parking, pretty much, find parking in front or around the block, you'll always find a spot. Or there's the parking for the beach just half a block down.

It's on the 4th floor, the neighbors are very quiet. It's very peaceful. There's a children park, park and parking for the beach and the beach just half the block down. The red line is 2 blocks down, the nearest one is the Morse exit. Loyola university is about 3-4 blocks down. There's many restaurants, stores,and local bars just a few steps away.
