Great large 1-bed with TONS of storage and BRAND NEW KITCHEN! 800+ sq ft 1 bed or mother-in-law (MIL) apartment with private entrance, private full bath, kitchen, access to laundry room and garage for storage or car parking! There are large windows with plenty of light, so it is not your typical "basement" -- it just happens to be the lower half of our house. There is plenty of closet space for storage. The house is a half-mile walk to the bus stop and Snohomish park-n-ride. Overlooks a lake with an enormous half acre yard and garden. Close to parks and schools, yet conveniently located in privacy of the green belt. All utilities (water, sewer, garbage, internet, basic TV) EXCEPT electricity would be included in rent. If you would like to use the garage as storage for your car or belongings, we would expect $950. (The apartment has direct access to the garage.) If you weren't interested in storing anything in the garage, we could reduce your rent to $900. We'll need first month's rent and a damage deposit to move in, and the earliest date you could move in would be May 1. Cats are fine, and dogs will be considered on a case by case basis, under yard clean-up expectations. $200 non-refundable per-pet deposit due at move-in. Tenants MUST pass a criminal background check (you will pay the fee for it), prove at least twice-the-rent as monthly income, and have prior landlord references.
