The Neighborhood Laurelhurst is one of Portland's loveliest old neighborhoods and this cozy spot is smack dab in the center of it. Bus lines are literally right out your door for quick access downtown and the max line to the airport is a 10 min. walk. Laurelhurst park is two blocks away. 28th Ave is a quick ten block walk with lots to do! Our favorite spots are Laurelhurst Theater for a movie (and pizza and beer!), [removed] for fun vintage shopping, Angel Face for happy hour, and Navarre for a special meal. Getting Around Bus lines run right out on the roundabout and the Max is a quick walk through Laurelhurst to the Hollywood station. More detailed transit info can be found on Trimet's website. You have access to a small one car garage, otherwise there's plenty of street parking around the block (none directly on the roundabout). Other Things to Note There is onsite laundry in the basement. There is also a small one car garage. The driveway is very steep and backs right out on to the roundabout. It's not as scary as it sounds once you get the hang of it, but there's also plenty of street parking on nearby side streets. We will provide basic household staples to get you started (toilet paper, laundry soap etc.) but replenishing those throughout your stay will be up to you. Month to month lease. Fully furnished. All utilities included.
